Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
